On Sunday, April 27, 1997, Troy Young was elected as the Section W1-B Chief and Brian Stock was elected as the Section W1-B Secretary. Troy ran against the Toontuk Lodge Chief and the current Section Secretary, Rhett Skelton, and the T'Kope Kwis Kwis Lodge Chief. Brian ran against the current T'Kope Chief for Secretary and won.
